  • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive at the resort on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice), the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

  • In the event of an early departure or shortened stay after check-in, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

    4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • The refunded amount may be subject to transaction fees or bank charges, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
