- If a refund request is received at least 2 weeks before the scheduled time, 10% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.
- If a refund request is received between 7 to 3 days before the scheduled time, 50%
- No requests for refund will be accepted after the program schedule has commenced or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.
Additional Notes for Refund:
- For those who test positive for COVID-19 (before three days of travel), 5% of the Program fee will be deducted.
- The Participant must present proof from licensed hospitals confirming the positive test result before the refund can be processed. The refund process is subject to scrutiny based on the submitted medical documents.
- All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to Info@heartlandyoga.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
- If you are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or a violation of the code of conduct, you are ineligible to claim or apply for any refunds.
- The refund request can be processed within 30 days from the date of the request from the registered e-mail ID.
- The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing, along with supporting documents where applicable.
